These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on sleekitalia.com and supplement our Terms of Service.

1. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies to your purchase.

In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2. Payment

We accept [UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods shown at checkout].

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Sleek Italia does not store your card details.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and you receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within [X hours] of placement, provided they haven't already been shipped. Contact us immediately at sleekitalia51@gmail.com to request cancellation.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Refund Policy.

5. Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes and offers are subject to specific terms (validity period, minimum order value, applicable products) mentioned at the time of the offer.

Only one discount code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

6. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. In case an ordered item is out of stock after your order is placed, we'll notify you and offer a substitute, store credit, or full refund.

7. Sizing & Fit

Size charts are provided on each product page as a guide. Sleek Italia is not responsible for fit issues arising from not referring to the size chart before purchase, though exchanges may be available as per our Refund Policy.

8. User Conduct

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate shipping and contact details, and not to misuse the platform (e.g., placing fraudulent orders, chargebacks without valid cause).

9. Amendments

Sleek Italia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
