Chest - Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal and not too tight or too loose.

Waist - Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (just above your belly button) keeping the measuring tape horizontal and not too tight or too loose.

Arm - Stand straight with arms relaxed, measure from shoulder to wrist bone along arm's natural curve. Bend elbow slightly for flexibility check.
